Making great coffee is a culinary art and we’re always learning! We concentrate on the union of the best espresso and milk like silk. For that reason, we don’t do grande and prefer to use whole milk. Our coffee is brewed from speciality beans from our friends at Climpson and Sons, sourced directly and ethically from farmers in Brazil and Nicaragua. The Baron is the ‘Sir’ of espresso blends – rich with notes of dark chocolate and macadamia – you’ve not tasted coffee like it!

COFFEE MENU

Espresso

25 ml shot, extracted in around 27-30 seconds, where all perfect coffee begins; concentrating all the aromas and flavours of the bean into a smooth golden liquid.

Macchiato

Espresso shot with a dollop of foamed milk to take the edge off.

Americano

Double espresso topped with hot water.

Cortado

Espresso shot with an equal amount of creamy milk. Smaller version of a flat white.

Flat White

Double espresso shot with an equal amount of creamy milk.

Cappuccino

Double espresso shot topped with plenty of velvety microfoam. Strongest of the milky coffees.

Caffe Latte

Espresso shot with creamy milk.
